Spending cuts to our public media outlets: The CBC and NFB have not gone unnoticed by students! Student Strikers of Québec invite all Canadians to a solidarity picnic lunch in front of Montréal’s Maison Radio-Canada, 1400 Boulevard René-Lévesque East, Wednesday the 16th of May, from 12-2pm . Besides eating and playing at this family-friendly event, we are creating an opportunity for the CBC to interview the the folks involved in the peaceful protest for accessible education and improved social services for all.
