User Policy

The RAIQ website is the online vehicle for the RAIQ, an association whose general mandate is to represent the interests and the development of the interdisciplinary arts community in Quebec. As an organization and an online resource, the RAIQ exists to increase the profile of interdisciplinary practices by promoting the work of interdisciplinary artists and groups, supporting networking and exchange, and continuing to contribute thought and discourse around the definition of an interdisciplinary practice, both within the arts milieu as well as in the public realm at large.

General Terms of Use

By registering with the RAIQ website, you are in acknowledgment and agreement with the following:

• Some content on the site may contain material intended for a mature audience. Such content may cause offense to certain visitors.
• The RAIQ, its board members, employees and site administrators are not responsible for any content submitted by its registered site members: regarding accuracy of information, the possibility of offensive material or otherwise. We will however, do our best to remove any racist, sexist, homophobic, misogynist and otherwise hateful, illegal or defamatory content when made aware of its existence on the site.
• The RAIQ reserves the right to remove any content deemed racist, sexist, homophobic, misogynist and otherwise hateful, illegal or defamatory. It additionally reserves the right to block any user who is responsible for posting such content.
• Users of the RAIQ site take full responsibility for any content they post.
• User-generated content to the Notices section may be edited for length and clarity.

Privacy Policy

The RAIQ will not distribute, sell or make available to third parties any information collected from its members. Members may choose to make certain information public by selecting this option in the profile page settings. Further, each email address published on the site will be obfuscated in a human readable fashion or (if JavaScript is enabled) replaced with a spam-proof clickable link.
