Description:
Artists’ greatest assets are talent, tenacity and their creations.  This workshop will help give you an overview of what protection the law offers you in terms of intellectual property, contracts, organizational structures and legalities to consider (i.e. sole proprietorships, collectives, incorporated businesses or non-profit orgs., etc.)  Get the inside scoop on how you can be proactive in protecting yourself and your work by conducting your business right from the start.
